How long does it take to ship?
Shipping can take 3-7 business days depending on your shipping address. We ship from Troutman, NC. East coast to Midwest states can expect 3-5 days and West coast will take up to 7 days.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we can offer local pickup. Once you place your order, please email contact@smallcirclesco.com with your order # in the subject line with “Local Pickup.” We will contact you once your order is complete to arrange local pickup.
Do you offer personalization for 1 unit orders?
Yes. If you don’t see what you are looking for on our website, please email contact@smallcirclesco.com to let us know what product you want and what you would like engraved. We can then send you an invoice once order is approved. Custom orders can take on average 2-5 days to make.
What type of wood are the items made from?
We currently use New Zealand pine and red oak wood for the majority of our products. We are always looking to expand the types of wood used for new projects. More to come soon! Questions about a specific product can be found on the product page.
Do you stain your product?
We do not use a stain on our wood. We use a danish oil to seal our product that is food grade safe. This also allows for the wood’s natural characteristics to show through and creates a durable, long-lasting finish that protects the wood.
Do you sell your product locally?
Our product is currently sold online only. You can find us at local markets in or around the Charlotte - Mooresville - Statesville area. Make sure to follow us on Instagram for the latest updates.
